Don’t
find faults with Gods, Vedas and elders.
Don’t
put out a lamp by blowing with our mouth.
A male should never put out a lamp.
Don’t
DO anything that is considered as secret during night time.
Serving
and feeding cow is a great deed.
Treat
any Cow is the mother God. Worship and seeing cow on waking up is good Omen.
Ladies should not
keep flowers tucked between ears or
applying sandal paste on chest or keeping thulasi leaves on earlobe. Women can
apply sandal paste on their neck and two hands, flowers on head. Men can wear
flower on hair, thulasi on earlobe and apply sandal paste on chest and in
hands.
For
washing teeth use center finger but do not use pointer finger (person will go
to hell).
SEVA
Perform kaayika (by body),
vaachika (by speech), and maanasa (by mind) kainkaryam to Emberumaan, azhwars,
acharyas, srivaishnavas and divya desams.
There are so many divya desams which literally have 1
archaka and 1 person
doing sevakalam.
If we can visit those divya desams that will bring joy to
emberumaan and srivaishnavas. Help others with the knowledge we acquire from
our poorvAchAryas. Emberumaan and the knowledge about the sampradAyam is not
only for a select few. Everyone should
be given an opportunity to benefit out of the works of our poorvachAryAs.
Do always speak truth. If
that truth would hurt others please do not tell. But don’t tell
a lie. If the truth is not
told suppressing a crime done to others
then truth should be
told if it hurts the person who
has done the crime.
Don’t call anybody as a sinner as half of his sin will be
transferred to us. But avoid
Him and correct him.
