This is a very important Suktam to be recited while bathing daily
and also during snanam in revered river banks. Literally it means
alleviate or destroy or wash away sins and usher in light.
Some say it should be chanted before bathing. It forms part of
Mahanarayana Upanishad (Narayanavalli) The sandhai audio is by our
learned Guruji Shri I.V.K. Chari Swamin. We are very fortunate to have
Swamin Chariji as our guru and he is gifted with a rich and resonant voice.
His voice is rich with appreciation of the nuances of reciting various
complex suktams with right ucharaNam and stops. He has trained so
many vidhyarthis in Kuwait, India and USA.
